At Kitchen Canvas, we celebrate the heart of Wanaka through something simple, yet meaningful—tea towels. Each one features a time-honoured recipe from a local family, passed down through generations and wrapped in beautiful, culturally inspired designs.

We have grown up in Wānaka. It’s not just our home, it’s a part of our identity, our story. From skiing in the winters to lakeside summers, this town has shaped our lives. But beyond the landscape, it’s the people, the kitchens, and the meals shared across generations that make Wānaka truly special. That’s what inspired Kitchen Canvas. Our goal is to preserve Wanaka’s rich history and bring it into everyday homes, turning these recipes into lasting keepsakes. As our town grows, we want to make sure its stories, flavours, and traditions grow with it. We're proud to support our community by sourcing locally, reducing our environmental footprint, and donating 10% of our profits to Wanaka Food for Love.
